In turn, we have temporarily modified our operations to stay open, while protecting the health and safety of our staff and customers.
We continue to focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dealership. We have also implemented social-distancing measures and other processes to combat the spread of COVID-19.
SERVICE & PARTS
We understand that reliable transportation is more important than ever. We are open to help with vehicle maintenance, repairs, recalls, service campaigns, tire changes and parts. Please call ahead to (250) 365-5200 to make arrangements for servicing. That way, we can ensure we're applying the necessary procedures for social-distancing and cleanliness.
Depending on staffing levels and your location, we may be able to arrange the pickup and drop off of your vehicle for regular maintenance or repairs (with all touchpoints cleaned) and payment via phone. As well, we have procedures in place for customers to limit their physical interactions with our staff.
We have shortened hours of operation in service and parts: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday.

We are are providing a new option for customers, called Hyundai Express. This online tool minimizes time in the dealership by providing vehicle research and quoting, trade appraisals, and a seamless system for financing and leasing applications, among other online features.
